Guam COVID update

Guam COVID update (charts accessible at https://docs.google.com/…/1YmBfAcbLcCk3TUdP4zV4oOTqip…/edit…) : Updated estimated ICU break point: 3/3

8 cases on 3/26, still not counting the Navy cases at NH Guam. Despite this our cumulative average rate of daily increase went down a little more (edited again for a small discrepancy in data). The current rate predicts we’ll have 12 cases today, anything short of that and our rate will decrease again.

I’m thinking more about Guam’s high per capita (per million) infection rate. Hopefully I’ll have some time to put this in in writing later today.
